3. TERMS OF SERVICE (TERMS & CONDITIONS)

Welcome to PRIME. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of stayinprime.shop and any purchase you make from us. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

PRIME is a premium athletic apparel brand operated by stayinprime, based in Kuwait. You can reach us at Primewearkw@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD).
We do our best to display products, colours, and descriptions accurately, but slight variations (for example, in screen colour) may occur.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update product information, and change or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation. This confirms we've received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.

6. Shipping

We currently ship within Kuwait only. Shipping is free on orders over 25 KWD; a standard shipping fee applies below that. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are covered by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Discount codes

Promotional codes (such as PRIME10) are subject to any stated conditions, may not be combined unless specified, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. They hold no cash value.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this store — including the PRIME name, logo, wordmark, "P" icon, designs, product photography, and text — is owned by PRIME and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it.

11. Limitation of liability

Our store and products are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRIME is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the store or products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable Kuwaiti consumer law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Kuwaiti courts.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the store means you accept any changes.
