We ship across Kuwait with fast, reliable delivery.

Kuwait
Free shipping on all orders over 25 KWD
Standard delivery: 1–2 business days
Delivery fee under 25 KWD: 1 KWD

Order processing
All orders placed before 2 PM Kuwait time are processed the same 
business day. Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends, or on 
holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking 
number. You can track your package directly with the courier.

RETURNS

We want you to love your PRIME pieces. If something isn't right, 
we'll make it right.

Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and 
returned within 14 days of delivery.

How to return
Email us at primewearkw@gmail.com with your order number and reason 
for return. We'll send you a return label and instructions within 
24 hours.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive 
your return. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Exchanges
For size exchanges, follow the same return process and place a 
new order. We'll prioritize processing your exchange.

Final sale
Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
